Services for Different Calling Needs

In-Voice Callback

You don’t need Internet access to enjoy the cost-saving benefits of In-Voice Callback. This is what makes In-Voice Callback the most popular feature of In-Voice; In-Voice Callback works on your mobile phone as well as landlines.

There are three ways you can use the Callback services. If you have a phone that can dial internationally (Trigger Callback), or can send an international SMS (SMS Callback), or if you have access to the Internet (Web Callback), then you can use at least one of the three In-Voice Callback Services.

Local Access

What if you can’t dial or call internationally and you don’t have access to the Internet? No problem. That’s where Local Access comes in.

When you have no access to the Internet or international calls or SMS, in locations where toll-free Local Access numbers are available, you can make In-Voice calls using the Local Access service, including through a pay phone. When there’s In-Voice, there’s a way!

In-Voice NetPhone

Download and install NetPhone beta software on your computer for Internet calls from anywhere in the world. Its simple interface makes it easier to use, now and in the future. Many more advanced features,* such as SMS, fax, video conference, and chat, virtually converts your computer into a second office.

*Available soon.

In-Voice Softphone

In-Voice Softphone is a technologically advanced virtual phone application that turns your computer into a fully functional phone. Via the In-Voice Softphone software on your computer, you can make and receive calls from any landline or mobile number at Internet call rates. Plus, you can call anyone who also has an In-Voice Softphone number for free! Experience excellent voice quality, low international call rates, and more with your In-Voice Softphone.

In-Voice Pro

The In-Voice Pro is a programme that has been designed to marry with most Nokia Eseries mobile phones, iPhone, iTouch and Blackberry Bold 9700 to make your calls as convenient as possible. The In-Voice Pro programme allows In-Voice services to be available immediately on your Nokia series. No need to memorise telephone, account and PIN numbers. In-Voice Pro does the dialling for you, so just sit back and wait for the other party to answer your call.

CLI-CK Card

CLI-CK Card is a virtual calling-card-issuing feature that is available to In-Voice account holders with sufficient credits. With just a few clicks, In-Voice account holders can generate virtual CLI-CK Cards for sale. CLI-CK Card users can enjoy competitive call rates through Callback service and the In-Voice Softphone.

Call Forward

As Internet calls work through the Internet, the service does not work when users do not have Internet access. This limitation can be solved by the Call Forwarding feature, which forwards any incoming calls to an Internet call number to another number, such as a mobile phone number.

Global Phone Number

Frequent travellers can take advantage of their own In-Voice personal UK number and use it as a global phone number by forwarding incoming calls that are made to your UK number on to a local number.

Testimonials

My telephone bill used to be very high, especially when I called my family from Uganda to Nepal. At that moment, the local telecom company used to charge almost $1 per minute for such calls. Being an employee, it was a bit difficult for me to call my family regularly. I am thankful to QNet and my special thanks to my referrer, who explained this wonderful product of In-Voice to me. Nowadays, I enjoy making calls to family and relatives, I can talk long hours and I am always in touch with them regularly thanks to In-Voice. Thanks again to QNet for offering this unique product.”

I spend most of my time on the road. Therefore, the In-Voice Callback feature is the most convenient for me as it is easy-to-use and I don't have to wait until I reach home or the office to make long distance calls, whether they are long distance calls to other cities/provinces in Indonesia or international calls. Moreover, every time I go abroad, the combination of Callback service and Local Access service helps me to communicate more conveniently without surprising me with high charges.”

I bought the In-Voice Shark Phone and have been using it now for almost six months. The person who benefits from this service is my foster sister-in-law who lives in the UK. She frequently calls Malaysia using the Shark Phone in Kuala Lumpur. She saves more than 95% as the local call in Malaysia she uses the local telephone line. She is very happy and it helps her on her monthly budget. Thanks to QNet for introducing this bridging device."

I have been using In-Voice for the last four years and I am going to use it for generations! I learnt everything I know about In-Voice from the web. I use trigger Call Back (almost everyday) as well as Softphone, MIGs and Pirelli. In terms of telecommunication, In-Voice helps me a lot to communicate with my family, friends and from my network abroad.

In terms of networking I have a network in 25 countries (in USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa). I can not be in all places at a time and it is not as easy as a networker to manage a big organisation without communication.   Because of  In-Voice I have a very close and good relationship with my network leaders all over the world. Thanks to the support of clear voice."

What is VoIP?

What is VoIP?

Voice over Internet Protocol
The Future of Telecommunication

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) can simply be defined as making calls through the Internet. It captures analog audio signals voice and transforms them into digital data to be passed through the Internet. VoIP usage has become more widespread and is expected to grow further, with users ranging from domestic use to multinational corporations.

Common applications

PC to PC
It is the cheapest and most popular way to use VoIP, as the calls are normally free. Simply download and install the application, generally known as softphone, and use it through the computer. Nowadays, you can also make PC to PSTN (normal telephone numbers) calls offered in all In-Voice’s packages for a certain cost.

Analogue Telephone Adaptor (ATA)
The adaptor, such as In-Voice’s Mobile Intelligent Gateway System (MIGs) converts analog audio signals to digital and transmits it though the Internet. Users simply have to connect to their home internet source and an analog phone into the adaptor.

IP Phones
IP phones are phones with additional adaptors to facilitate VoIP calls through the Internet. In-Voice offers the Shark phone, which is more than just an IP phone. It is a dual phone which accommodates both VoIP line and a local landline.

Wi-Fi Phones
Wi-Fi phones facilitate VoIP calls with a wireless Internet source and accommodate normal mobile phone calls with the capability to seamlessly swap between VoIP and mobile phone networks. In-Voice’s Pirelli Mobile Phone offers these capabilities, with an added advantage of being one of the most user- friendly hybrid phones in the market.

Advantages

Cost Saving
VoIP providers normally offer free VoIP calls within the same network as well as other promotions. You are recommended to keep an eye on the VoIP provider’s latest offer and additional features for optimal savings.

Location liberty
VoIP is portable and mobile. You can bring and use your devices whenever you travel as long as there is Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth.

Virtual numbers
Some VoIP providers offer virtual numbers from certain countries, such as the US, UK, or Australia. Callers benefit from virtual numbers the most. For example, if you are in India and you have a UK virtual number, your friends in UK can call your virtual number instead of the Indian number so that they only pay local UK to UK call rates.

Tips
Listed below are some practical tips which might be helpful for you.

Sufficient bandwidth
Most VoIP devices are intended to work with broadband Internet connection of at least 128kbps although modifications can be done to facilitate VoIP usage with lower bandwidth or dial up Internet connection. In-Voice’s skilled technical engineers are ready to assist you anytime.

Alternative features
Look for providers which offer a total solution, e.g. stable Internet connection, protection against power failures etc. You may opt to use other features. In-Voice provides callback and local access features for its users for maximum flexibility.

Usage Tracking
Small VoIP providers generally do not provide a detailed call report (CDR). You may find CDR useful as you can trace your VoIP usage. Thus, it is best to find a VoIP provider who offers this service.

Security concerns
Steer clear of VoIP providers with unsecured lines or peer-to-peer programmes. Or you may be exposed to viruses, privacy violations, and hackers.
